The BREAD

Our bread is Italian fresh bread from the day. Made by an Italian baker with Italian techniques and Italian flour.




Prosciutto Cotto (Ham) :


High quality cooked ham obtained from the leg of pork seasoned following an exclusive Italian recipe and massaged gently and slowly in order to get the best absorption of aromas and greater cohesion of the muscle. Slowly steamed, light and mild flavor. 


Prosciutto Crudo di Parma (Parma Ham) : 

 

Prosciutto di Parma is a cured seasoned ham produced only in north of Italy.
The only ingredients of Prosciutto di Parma are the legs of Italian pigs, marine salt and the particular microclimate of north of Italy. The flavor is well balanced between the sweet note and the typical of maturated meat , with the result of a very round and particularly pleasant taste sensation. 


Salsiccia (Sausage) :


Full-bodied taste using pigs born and raised in Italy.


Fontina (Fontal Cheese) :


Fontina is an Italian cow's milk cheese. Although made throughout the year, the best cheese is obtained during the summer when cows are moved to an altitude of 550 to 770 meters (1800 to 2300 feet) and fed only with rich grass to give it distinctive aroma.

Fontina cheese has made in the Aosta Valley, in the Alps.



Mozzarella : 


Mozzarella is a traditionally Italian cheese made from Italian cow's milk by the pasta filata method.


Parmigiano Reggiano ( Parmesan cheese)


Is an Italian hard, granular cheese. Parmigiano-Reggiano is made from unpasteurized cow's milk.


Pomodorini secchi (Sun-dried tomatoes) :


Pomodorini secchi are ripe tomatoes that lose most of their water content after spending a majority of their drying time in the sun.

These tomatoes are usually pre-treated with salt before being placed in the sun in order to improve the quality.
Typically tomatoes spend 4-10 days in the sun in order for the sun drying process to be complete.
The tomatoes are high in lycopene, antioxidants and vitamin C.
The final product may contain up to 2 or 6% of salt and could provide a significant contribution to the day's intake.


Carciofi (Artichokes) :


Artichokes hearts quarters, marinated in sunflower oil, infused with lemon zest, rosemary and cracked black pepper.


Maionese (Mayonnaise):


Italian mayonnaise made with free-range eggs.
